Call for help and advice

Tiles are heavy! Most tile orders are delivered on a pallet. The delivery is to kerbside only, so please make sure you have the means to accept the delivery and take it into your property.

If you have ordered installation sundries such as tile adhesive, grout or tile trims, they will be delivered separately.

Standard delivery is 3-5 days, if you require delivery sooner then please choose the relevant option during checkout.

In some areas of the country, delivery may take longer and a delivery surcharge will be applied. These areas include but are not limited to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands. This is calculated during checkout.

Please make sure there is access to your property for a wagon (medium size lorry). If there are any access issues you must inform us at time of order, failure to do so may lead to further delivery charges or order cancellation.

You must sign for your order, prior to signing please make sure that your order is complete and intact. If there are any damages or it is incomplete please inform the driver and mark the delivery note as 'DAMAGED', or 'INCOMPLETE'. 

If there are any damages or the order is incomplete please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem. 

 

 

You can collect your order from our warehouse, located in Buckley (about 15 minutes from Chester).

Once your order has arrived we will contact you to arrange collection.
